ABOUT OUR TEAM

With almost 70 years combined experience we work together to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and best value for our customers.

Arren had worked for C.C.S. from the age of 16. Now with 20 years’ experience in the industry, he worked through the ranks from Parts Co-Ordinator to Trainee Engineer to Refrigeration Engineer and then a full Catering and Refrigeration Engineer finally heading up the team as Service Manager. It was a natural progression for Arren to take the reins as Managing Director once his father moved into retirement. Incorporating his own company in January and bringing along the existing customer base he has continued to build on the family business’ core values.

Gemma Prior

Gemma brings with her 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales and account
management. During the Covid lockdown, Gemma re-trained as a fully qualified bookkeeper to support Arren in his endeavors. She now heads up the finance department and is happy to support our customers with any finance related queries.

With 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics Connor came on board with us and spent time out in the field to gain hands on experience. Armed with this knowledge he is now heading up our Service Desk, responsible for the relationships with our suppliers and ensuring our customers get the best value for money.

Leanne has an impressive CV of a little over 20 years in business-to-business customer service, sales, and account management. Having also spent time working in the hospitality sector Leanne is best placed within our business to understand our customers’ needs and often the urgency of a situation
responding accordingly and with empathy.

Charlie joins us with over 3 years’ experience in IT support. His customer service, organisation and problem-solving skills make him the perfect fit for the role of Allocations Manager, scheduling the jobs for our customers. He will also be supporting our IT infrastructure and making sure that our website and social media are kept up to date so that our customers can follow our progress online.
