Commercial Catering Services (Catercare) Ltd was founded in January 2022

Whilst providing a smooth transition for our valued customers to the new company we have seen CCS grow in staff numbers, additional clients via recommendation and have settled in to our new commercial premises in Basildon.

Founded in January 2022, successfully continuing the family legacy of C.C.S. Catercare Limited. Whilst providing a smooth transition for our valued customers to the new company we have seen CCS grow in staff numbers, additional clients via recommendation and have settled in to our new commercial premises in Basildon. We strive to offer exceptional service in our core business areas of planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault calls, repairs, and refrigeration hire. Through building on our relationships with our suppliers and other market leaders in our industry we are able to offer competitive rates on new equipment sales, installations, fabrication, ventilation and duct work as well as deep cleans.

A message from our MD…

I would like to thank our customers firstly for their continued loyalty and for recommending our services to others, allowing our business to grow organically. Our additional staff have made a positive impact on our ability to service our customers and meet their needs in a timely fashion. Our new premises in Basildon provides a central hub for our business and has created a great working environment for our staff and visitors. Over the coming years it is my vision for CCS to become a one stop shop for all services within commercial kitchens, I look forward to the journey.

Gemma brings with her 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales and account management. During the Covid lockdown, Gemma re-trained as a fully qualified bookkeeper to support Arren in his endeavors. She now heads up the finance department and is happy to support our customers with any finance related queries.

With 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics Connor came on board with us and spent time out in the field to gain hands on experience. Armed with this knowledge he is now heading up our Service Desk, responsible for the relationships with our suppliers and ensuring our customers get the best value for money.

Leanne has an impressive CV of a little over 20 years in business-to-business customer service, sales, and account management. Having also spent time working in the hospitality sector Leanne is best placed within our business to understand our customers’ needs and often the urgency of a situation responding accordingly and with empathy.
