- Full service and safety checking of all appliances covered​
- CP42 Gas Certification where applicable
- Itemised report on appliances serviced detailing works carried out and any recommendations
- One service visit per annum
- Priority response time * Emergency call outs out of hours available upon request**
Standard
- Free of charge site survey to discuss your requirements and to compile a list of equipment to be covered by this plan
- Full service and safety checking of all appliances covered
- CP42 gas certification where applicable
- Itemised report on appliances serviced detailing works carried out and any recommendations
- 50% discount applied to call out charge (including 1 st hour labour)
- Two service visits per annum
- Priority response time *
- Emergency call outs out of hours available upon request**
Plus+
- Free of charge site survey to discuss your requirements and to compile a list of equipment to be covered by this plan
- Full service and safety checking of all appliances covered
- CP42 gas certification where applicable
- Itemised report on appliances serviced detailing works carried out and any recommendations
- No call out or labour charges on any visits while under this plan (misuse excluded) ***
- Four service visits per annum
- Priority response time *
- Emergency call outs out of hours included in package
