What We Provide
Our ‘Catercare Options’ maintenance service plans offer our customers the opportunity to choose
the level of cover that suits their needs for their planned preventative maintenance service
requirements. We are able to provide Gas Certification where applicable as part of the service and
our office staff will contact you to remind you when your next MSP is due so that there is never any
danger of your Gas Certificate expiring.
Reactive Fault Calls
Our team strive to respond to fault calls as quickly as possible. We take into consideration the nature
and the urgency of the fault as we understand the impact it can have on our customers’ ability to
provide their service.
We aim to provide repairs in a timely fashion as we understand the importance in keeping things
functional for our customers. This has been somewhat impacted by the current market climate, but our focus is always to get the job done as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible.
