Throughout the course of the summer 2022 Holly Trees Primary called upon the services of CCS for
their planned maintenance service (including Gas Safety Certification), fault, and repair calls, as well
as uninstalling their large kitchen appliances so that they could have a new floor laid and reinstalling
them upon completion of the project. Everything went as planned and expected. They found our
office very efficient in terms of call handling and were kept informed regularly by email. The
engineers always arrived as promised and were clean and courteous when carrying out the work, the
office kept them updated of arrival times so that they would be ready for the works to commence.
One engineer in particular went out of their way to assist with a leaking tap in the kitchen whilst on
site assisting with the large appliances.

The Sweyne Park School and Glebe Primary School use CCS for all our reactive fault calls, planned preventative maintenance, repairs and installations in our school kitchen. They visit at various times throughout the year and always attend in a timely fashion. We find their office staff helpful and knowledgeable, and they always follow up when needed. The engineers are approachable and work in a tidy and professional way. The outcomes are usually as expected, on occasion they may need to revisit.

Church Langley Primary School are a long-standing customer of CCS and over the years have used CCS for their planned maintenance services, fault calls and repair calls. On one occasion in December when placing a call out they found our office friendly, efficient, and helpful. The engineers arrived on time and were as always friendly and full of knowledge. They described fully the problem, showed the staff the issue, and explained if a replacement or repair was best.
‘We have been using CCS for over 25 years. We have watched staff grow. They are always helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Even on occasions lending us equipment when parts or replacements would take longer than we could wait. Arren always makes us smile but the staff across the business are all wonderful. Belfairs Academy called upon CCS in the summer of 2023 for repairs to their walk-in freezer. They found the office staff very professional, first class in fact. Especially Leanne, they had a lot of interaction over the phone with her and she was great and very helpful. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and the results were as expected with no revisit required. The engineers on site conducted themselves in a polite and professional manor.
